For tables of 8 or more you need to call to book, you cannot book more than 7 online, as we require a £10 per person non refundable deposit and a pre order.
If you are wishing to bring a dog with you, please select the back room as this is our dog friendly area, if you are unable to select the back room, this means it is full so you cannot bring your dog. or outside when the garden is open. Also if you need a highchair please include this in the number of people you are booking for, we have limited space in the restaurant and if you don’t book a space for the highchair we do struggle to fit it in, remember a highchair counts as a chair too, so does the child sitting in it.
Terms and Conditions
Thank you for your reservation at The Copper Smokehouse. We are an independent restaurant and rely on reservations being honoured. We kindly ask that should you need to make any amendments to your reservation that you do so as soon as possible. You can contact our team on 01502589843, they will be happy to help.
Please do make us aware of any special requirements you may have along with any allergies or dietary requirements in your party and we will be happy to accommodate. For all reservations we require card details to secure your booking. These details are securely kept with a third party called Stripe and will only be charged if the cancellation terms are not met. We ask for 24 hours notice of a cancellation or reduction in numbers and reservations that fail to give this notice or fail to show up, will automatically incur a £20pp fee, same day bookings and cancellations, or bookings made with less than 24 hours, will also incur the fee. Also any bookings that arrive and then “walkout” will also incur the fee. Any bookings that move to an alternative date to avoid the fee on the day and then later cancel the rearranged booking , will also be subject to the cancellation fee.
We will contact you a day or two prior to your reservation via telephone or email to confirm your booking, we are unable to hold unconfirmed bookings. We politely ask you to contact us if you are running late as we can hold tables for 15 minutes and will release it if we have not been contacted.
